It can be fixed on your tripod and mounted on the hot shoe of camera for studio photography.
There's a hot shoe flash mount on the top. mount your Hot Shoe Flash on it.
Put a lighting umbrella through the hole on the neck and align it with the flash.
On the waist it has a 360 degree rotatable ball. swivel it in 360 degree for different lighting purposes.
On the foot it has a hole. fix it on a your tripod and mounted on the hot shoe of camera to hold it.
Also,it has a umbrella holder. Umbrella can be easily and stably inserted into it.
it has a 1/4" bolt which is the same as the 1/4" tripod bolt. It is can be mounted a camera or a wireless flash trigger.
